The purpose of the Discipleship team is to help women, of all ages, become more like Christ Jesus in their thoughts, feelings, and actions. One of our goals is to grow in spiritual maturity.

Our plan to grow spiritually is through studying God’s Word in group Bible Studies, Renew Prayer Groups, and Days of Prayer. Renew prayer groups may be set up at FBC or individual homes.

Our January Bible Study is set to begin Tues, Jan 21 9:30 AM-11:00 AM & Wed night, Jan 22, 6:30-7:30 PM. 21st Century Womanhood 101 will be led by Regina Badgett.

“For if either of them falls, the one will LIFT UP his companion. But woe to the one who falls when there is not another to LIFT HIM up.” Ecclesiastes 4:10

Praying for each other is what we will strive to do. We are blessed with a wonderful team and to serve The Lord together at FBC Pikeville.
